Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production Time

At Moksin Arts & Decor, each product is handcrafted on order, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Please allow 10-15 days for production before your order is dispatched.

 

Shipping Time & Delivery (Within India)

Once your order is ready, we will ship it via reliable courier partners. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

• Other Locations: 5-7 business days

A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges (Within India)

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order:

• 0 - 2 kg → ₹100

• 2 - 5 kg → ₹300

• 5 - 7 kg → ₹500

Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via India Post. Charges are based on package weight and destination country. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Note: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance process. Any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet the estimated timelines, unforeseen delays due to weather, customs clearance, or high demand may occur. We will keep you updated in such cases.
